ALM Commercial Landscaping is Hiring a Landscape Account Manager Near Birmingham, AL
- Serves as liaison between crew and customer and customer and company management
- Proactively builds relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction with current services as well as to generate opportunities for expansion of services
- Continuously updates customer database
- Handles all requests, problems and/or questions and ensure resolution to such
- Completes orders for job materials, ensures work is scheduled and completed, and performs follow up with customers
- Meets with Crew Leaders to ensure crews are working within budgeted hours and address any properties that need specific attention
- Completes routine site visits and schedules inspections
- Provides onsite training for employees needing additional support understanding their positions
- Ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in horticulture, turf management or related field and 1 to 2 years of experience; additional experience will be considered in lieu of degree
- Experience working directly in landscaping business (mowing, trimming, pruning, irrigation, etc)
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening
- Demonstrates strong communication skills
- Enjoys multi-tasking and possesses strong organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and walk 10 miles a day
