Allstate: Envision Insurance Group is Hiring an Insurance Sales Representative (In-office) Near Hurst, TX

Job Description

Envision Insurance Group is seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as a Licensed Insurance Agents. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, assessing their insurance needs, and providing them with tailored insurance solutions. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping others, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Must be able to come into the office 5 days a week long term.
  • Active Texas state insurance license for P&C Insurance required license prior to starting.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with insurance software and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and cold calling.
  • Meet with current and potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide them with personalized insurance solutions.
  • Educate clients about the benefits and coverage options of various insurance policies, including P&C Insurance, Life Insurance, and Commercial Insurance.
  • Customize insurance policies to meet the specific requirements of clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members and underwriters to ensure a smooth and efficient insurance application process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and claims in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
