The Stone Project Coordinator is the main point of contact between the clients and AIS from the time of booking to installation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with client to obtain needed documentation.
• Provide clients with personal attention in every step of the process.
• Be a liaison for all departments and the clients.
• Balance project counts.

The successful candidate will possess:

• A basic understanding of the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office.
• Self-motivation in project management and planning.
• The ability to follow processes.
• Customer service skills
• The ability to be a team player across departments.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills for multiple projects.
• An ability to work independently.
• Minimum of 3 years in a construction environment.

• Knowledge of installation process & repairs preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft office and Outlook
