Alliant Dermatology is Hiring a Director of Human Resources Near The Villages, FL

Director of Human Resources

Come join our growing medical office as our Director of Human Resources. In this role, you can expect to take the lead on employee relations, compliance, people management, and recruitment. As such, the HR Director will be expected to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s management team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide employee support including hiring, onboarding, training, and access management.
  • Provide assistance in areas such as employee relations, training, employee data maintenance, payroll, benefits administration, and reporting.
  • Assist with compliance, unemployment, worker’s compensation, wage garnishments, payroll, and benefits reporting.
  • Responsible for assisting in all aspects of benefit enrollments including the coordination of annual open enrollment events.
  • Coordinates and manages COBRA, FMLA, and STD/LTD Leave events.
  • Anticipate challenges and respond with multiple solutions. Must possess the ability to make independent decisions regarding HR matters as necessary.
  • Foster a positive culture and productive workplace where everyone works to realize established mission, objectives and values.
  • Working knowledge of administrative practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to employment law, wage and hour rules, employee relations, benefits, payroll, OSHA, Privacy Act, etc.
  • Demonstrate understanding of state regulations as they pertain to the business.
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business or related field required
  • 5 years' experience in a Human Resource's management role
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized.
  • Superior interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-motivate and innovate
  • Ability to use initiative and independent judgment appropriately
  • Time management skills required
  • Works well independently and with others
  • Attention to detail and strong work ethic
  • Integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
  • Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Computer literacy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
