Generate, log, troubleshoot and respond to resident grievances
Arrange tickets to in demand shows, sporting events and concerts
Make recommendations for participation in events and activities at the facility and in the surrounding community for resident and their guests
Adapt to constantly changing situations and personalities of residents and their guests ensuring quality service to all.
May lead and supervise the concierge team to ensure they offer the best service knowledge and assistance to guests
