Allegria Village is looking for a Memory Care Director to join their Assisted Living team!
Range: $40K- $45K
Job Duties to include, but not limited to:
- Designs and develops recreation and leisure programs to meeting the needs of residents in the long-term skilled nursing unit and Assisted living.
- Assess and documents resident’s abilities and needs and records participation
- Prepares monthly quality of care/service reports
- Complies a monthly social program calendar to post and distributes to staff and residents
- Assists with the development and provision of training and orientation programs for staff and volunteers
