Seeking home health aide for a young man with physical disability. Ali is a 30-year-old smart young man with cerebral palsy. Ali has physical limitations that require help with all activities of living including personal hygiene, transfers, and eating. He uses a power wheelchair and assistive technology to study and use his computer. He has no other medical needs (tubes/meds).

Job requirements:

-Experience in home health or assisted living

-Professional: Show up on time, attention to detail

-Must be able to lift 100 lbs for transfers (bed to chair, chair to toilet etc). Ali can bear weight for brief periods with support.

-Main needs are in the morning 3-4 hours (9:30-12:30/1:30) for toileting, shower, breakfast, getting dressed. Part-time 5-7 days/week

-Additional hours available: 8pm-10pm for evening snack and bedtime routine.

-Sick days: 7 paid days after 1 year of service
