Answers telephone and responds to emails in a friendly and professional manner Maintain high standard for service levels through training, in-servicing, and continuous monitoring Ensure the community provides excellent customer services to residents and their families by developing systems, fostering communication, and personally responding to questions, comments, and concerns Generate, log, troubleshoot and respond to resident grievances Arrange tickets to in demand shows, sporting events and concerts Make recommendations for participation in events and activities at the facility and in the surrounding community for resident and their guests Adapt to constantly changing situations and personalities of residents and their guests ensuring quality service to all.
