Allegria Senior Living is looking for a full-time (TEMPORARY -SUMMER HELP) administrative assistant to join our team!
**** We are located in Inwood Long Island (border of Nassau County and Far Rockaway- NOT Manhattan!!!)
We are NOT near train or bus station!!! MUST have a car- you will be doing errands to Staples
MUST have at least 1 year experience with busy office
MUST be excellent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and MUST know ADOBE!!
Salary: $25.00 hr
Looking for a self starter
Job responsibilities include:
Job responsibilities include:
- Data entry projects as needed
- Review and update reports in excel as needed
- Various projects assigned on a daily basis
- Candidates must be extremely organized and have excellent time management
- Must be able to multitask effectively.
