All The Way Gutters and Roofing is Hiring an Office Assistant Near Locust, NC

All The Way Gutter Protection and Roofing is a small, local, veteran owned company. We strive to create a warm and family centered environment. We are looking to add one more friendly face to our office staff to assist in office administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete all tasks associated with home insurance claims, including keeping homeowner updated on claim info, calling claim company for updated info, review adjustor's report to ensure all items are listed and correct amounts are given, request additional claim funds for missed items/amounts, complete and email any forms needed for insurance company and homeowner
  • Complete roof warranties
  • Email invoices, warranty info to homeowners
  • Input data into computer system
  • Call new potential customers to set appointments for inspections
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Keep info/spreadsheets up-to-date
  • Schedule and assign installations
  • Some Saturday availability may be needed on few occasions
  • Other administrative tasks not listed

  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Basic math is used on a regular basis. The need to feel comfortable with addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and percentages

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive, Calendar and Gmail
  • Construction background
  • Experience with insurance claims

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 36 per week

Benefits:

  • Paid time off

  • Monday to Friday

  • Weekends as needed

  • Driver's License (Required)

  • Locust, NC 28097: Relocate before starting work (Required)
