Responsibilities:

• Greet Guests
• Handling inbound phone calls
• Working with each approved applicant to assure the onboarding process is seamless.
• Providing Administrative Support to the All My Sons Business Development Team.
• General clerical work.
• Planning and Scheduling.
• Managing filing system.
• Fax/Scan/Email
• Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
• Performing general office clerk duties and errands.

Pay and Hours:

• Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
• $19-$22/hr DOE
