The Human Resources Director will oversee strategic and operational initiatives for the HR department at Monroe County Hospital in Forsyth, GA. The ideal candidate for this position will have the leadership skills necessary to oversee and strategically manage the department while ensuring compliance in all areas. The HR Director will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong HR team through effective recruiting, training, coaching, team building and succession planning. Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, onboarding, employee lifecycle maintenance, succession planning, and offboarding. Collaborates with administrative and leadership team to understand skills and competencies required for high level and corporate roles. Supports the organization through recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of those roles, as required. Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits. Researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensures the organization attracts and retains top talent. Oversees strategic planning and ensure compliant execution of employment benefits including health and ancillary insurance, retirement plans, time off, continuing education, and others.
