Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our organization. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Handle front desk duties such as greeting visitors and answering phone calls
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
- Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably as an executive assistant or similar position
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Knowledge of medical receptionist or medical office procedures is desirable
