Albi is seeking a Assisant General Manager who is highly motivated and passionate about hospitality to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be a proven and enthusiastic leader with strong food and beverage knowledge, great communication skills, with high standards for service and guest interactions. Our style is informed by the fine-dining schools Chef Michael Rafidi has learned from, but is approachable & comforting. Albi is the nationally recognized debut restaurant from chef/owner Michael Rafidi. Chef Rafidi takes inspiration from his family’s Palestinian roots, bringing to the table an experience that melds the ancient tradition of the region’s coal-fired cuisine with local, seasonal, Mid-Atlantic ingredients and a refined culinary acumen. Weekend cafe, the daytime YELLOW, offers pita sandwiches, mezze, pastries which meld Levantine ingredients and flavors with classic French technique, and inventive coffee offerings.Over the course of the first year of operations, the dual concept venture attracted significant critical attention, earning mention as one of the nation's Best New Restaurant listsin Eater, Robb Report and Esquire, Eater DC's Restaurant of the Year, and inclusion as one of the best bakeries in Washington, DC by Food & Wine Magazine. In 2022, Albi was awarded One Star Michelin which it earned again in 2023.

Candidate Pre-Requisites: 1-2 years as Assistant Manager or similar leadership role
Fine Dining service experience
Proficiency in Wine & Spirits (Sommelier experience is a plus)Ability to movitate and lead a team
