Processing accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Preforming day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
Preparing company bills, invoices in accordance with vendor payment terms.
Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconcillng, invoices.
reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properlly posted
verify and investigate discrepancies if any by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
Generate reports detailing accounts payable status
Perform and understand general bookkeeping tasks, understanding compliance issues around payable porcesses (W-9, sales tax, etc)
