Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Requirements:

Management Analyst – Senior (Programming / POM SME): The Management Analyst– Senior (Programming SME must possess a bachelor's degree and the following qualifications):

• 5 years of Programming experience – (“Programming" they are referring to the "design" of a budget within the given dimensions, and the documentation of that design in a POM - Program Objective Memorandum”)
• Experience with the DoD Budget/Accounting Programming process.
• Experience in accounting, budget development & execution.
• Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or related certification.
• Experience managing taskers for senior leaders. Experience tracking training for an organization. Experience in award writing, strategy management, financial policy review, and general senior administrative support. Must be able to write in the Army style and write professional papers to be reviewed by senior leadership. Experience in accounting, budget development & execution.
• Experience as an Army Comptroller, Expert in the DoD Programming process, Expert in accounting, budget development & execution of the Army Medical Department in Defense Health Program, RDT&E, and Operations Maintenance Army appropriations.
