JOB TITLE: Solution Architect

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Direct Hire/Fulltime

LOCATION DETAILS: Hybrid - Chicago, Illinois.

Salary Range: $120 - $140K/Annum (Salary may be negotiable based upon experience, education, geographic location, and other factors)

Responsibilities:

• Engage with business partners to gather information, analyze requirements, and deliver practical, efficient, and cost-effective solutions that satisfy business needs. Writes product specifications and design documentation for assigned system components.
• A successful Solution Architect will carry a diverse skill set encompassing technical proficiency, stakeholder and client engagement, problem-solving, adaptability, and leadership. You will have a strong desire to develop a deep understanding of software architecture, coupled with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adeptly navigate challenges, foster collaboration, and drive project success, ultimately facilitating the successful deployment and integration into client operations.

Qualifications/Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Solution Architecture/Consulting or strategic alliances, within the technology or software industry.
• Deep understanding of the QSR industry, including its dynamics, key players, and emerging trends.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction throughout the implementation process.
• Experience conducting requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews.
• Proven ability to translate client requirements into actionable solutions, leveraging product's features and functionalities to create tailored solutions that align with client objectives.
• Ability to provide feedback on solution effectiveness and advocate for necessary adjustments or enhancements.
• Experience in change management strategies to support successful software adoption.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Travel will be required to meet with Customers and attend industry events.
