We are seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) Referral Coordinator for our growing firm.
Job Description
- Organize electronic files
- Send emails to perspective Attorneys offices to determine if they will accept a case from our law firm on referral
- Maintain organization of files sent for review so you can properly follow-up and answer any questions needed to complete referral
- Maintain organized electronic files with updated information and status of referral
- Communicate with clients regarding the referral of their case to another law firm
- Verify referral settlement funds received once case is settled and that all proper expenses and fees are reimbursed to our firm
- Follow-up on referred cases to check the status and also to confirm lawsuits are timely filed
- Handle administrative/ legal assistant task by assisting the negotiations department.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour - this is a starting salary with competitive raises based on success at our law firm
