We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our Client's team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential growth areas
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer information
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales in the packaging industry
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Technical sales experience is preferred
