RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Must be able to support the recruitment efforts such as scheduling interviews with candidates for temporary employees, opening job reqs and working with temp agency to fill roles.
- Must maintain and audit confidential employee files ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Must enroll New Hires / Temps into the timeclock systems and set them up on their assigned supervisors.
- Assist with employee relations For temps) as needed.
- Responsible for Weekly Temp report submission.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- High School Diploma
- 1 year of experience as administrator or in HR field.
- Great communication skills
BENEFITS :
