Contract Details:
Location: New York City, NY
Contract Duration: Initial 6 Months contract with potential for permanent placement
Hourly Rate: $45 - $55, commensurate with experience

About Your New Role:
As the Finance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in guiding the financial strategy of an organization that is as dedicated to the well-being of its customers and the planet as it is to its fiscal health. Collaborating with a team of passionate professionals, your analytical expertise will support critical decisions, optimize financial performance, and propel strategic initiatives.
What You’ll Do:

• Lead financial data analysis to identify trends, forecast performance, and inform strategic planning.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities, driving business growth that aligns with the company’s ethos.
• Create financial models for new products and initiatives, assessing market potential and viability.
• Work across functions to enhance financial understanding and drive improved performance.
• Contribute to sustainability projects, evaluating their financial impact alongside their alignment with long-term goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, with a preference for candidates with FMCG or sustainability-focused company experience.
• Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial software.
• Excellent communication abilities, capable of clearly articulating complex financial information.
• A genuine interest in sustainability and contributing to a company making a positive environmental impact.
