Billing and Collections Specialist

To be successful in the role you must possess:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
Attention to detail Ability to work well on your own
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience with QuickBooks
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to independently solve problems and think creatively.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

A competitive compensation plan is outlined below:
Base compensation is targeted in the $65K- $75K range.
Benefits include a 401-K pension and profit-sharing plan targeting 10% profit-sharing per year
401-K plan has a 4% match
10 PTO, 5 Sick days per year
We pay 50% of health insurance for employee coverage only
