Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Preferred candidate with Foreign Exchange product knowledge; Deliverable and Non-Deliverable Spot, Forwards, Options, Vanilla and Exotic Trades
- Previous Middle Office / Trading Assistant experience
- Experience with risk management of Trader positions
- Superior Client Service skill set
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to drive automation and improvement initiatives
- Ability to function at a high level in both a team environment, as well as on individual functions
- Ability to work under pressure in a time sensitive and deadline driven environment
- Relationship Management skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Skills Desired
- Self-Starter with excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- In Depth knowledge of Foreign Exchange Cash products
- In Depth knowledge of Foreign Exchange Option/Exotic products
- External vendor system knowledge (Harmony, Netlink, CAS, Bloomberg, Reuters, FX Connect)
