Title: VP of Sales & Business Development
Job Summary:
As the VP of Sales & Business Development, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in the Managed Services and Cyber Security sector.
Leveraging your expertise in Incident Response and previous MSP experience, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic initiatives to acquire new clients, foster channel partnerships, and drive business expansion.

Spot and cultivate fresh business prospects, with a focal point on selling top-tier Managed Services and Cyber Security solutions, especially in Incident Response.
Guide and inspire a team of sales professionals, inside and out, elevating their performance to surpass targets.
Pioneer innovative services that add value and set us apart in a competitive market landscape.
Forge and nurture channel alliances, extending our influence and enriching our service portfolio.
Forge enduring relationships with key stakeholders - clients, partners, and industry influencers alike.
Collaborate closely with marketing counterparts to orchestrate impactful campaigns that propel sales efforts.
Lead the successful introduction of new services, drawing on your proven knack for product development and commercialization.
Showcase your adeptness in deal closure, driving new business acquisitions and expanding our client roster.
Skill / Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required, MBA a plus.
Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to spearhead sales growth from the ground up.
At least 7 years of hands-on experience in sales and business development within the Managed Services Provider and Cyber Security domain, with a specialization in Incident Response.
Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and hitting sales targets in fiercely competitive markets.
Prior success in steering and nurturing high-performing sales teams, encompassing both internal and external roles.
Adept in formulating and executing strategic sales plans, including channel development and partnership initiatives.
Thorough understanding of marketing dynamics, with a history of synergizing with marketing teams to drive sales effectiveness.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, adept at fostering connections and influencing decision-makers.
Fueled by results and innovation, with an unyielding commitment to continuous enhancement.
Additional Requirements:
Must possess a valid US Driver’s license.
Must be capable of renting and driving a rental car during travel.
Must be willing to travel extensively, often with minimal notice, up to 75% of the time.

Location: must be located within the USA, but this is a Remote position with travel to clients' locations expected
Travel Requirements: 50-80% Travel
