Air Filter Control is Hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist Near San Jose, CA
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. Seniors are encouraged to apply.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Process vendor invoices and receiving documents
- Process vendor credit memos
- Assist with vendor check processing
- Process customer credit card payments
- Respond to and research vendor inquiries related to invoice/credit memos and general support
- General office and accounting tasks
- Filing and organization
Requirements:
- Experience with accounts payable processing
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
