Summary of Functions
An Outside Sales/Solutions Specialist is responsible for expanding our business network by cultivating relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders. They promote our cutting-edge CCTV Systems, offering tailored solutions to meet client needs and maximize value. Collaborating closely with Engineers and Service Staff, they design custom camera systems and provide expert guidance to clients, addressing their pain points and ensuring long-term satisfaction. With a keen focus on effective communication, initiative, and organizational skills, they serve as a trusted liaison between customers and internal teams, driving towards mutual success and innovation.
