Role:

As the Partner Success Manager at AiDash, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our partners, ensuring alignment of goals, and driving mutual success through effective collaboration and program management. 

Responsibilities:

Partner Engagement and Onboarding:

Lead the onboarding process for strategic partners, ensuring a seamless integration and comprehensive understanding of AiDash products and services.

Collaborate with technical and implementation teams to address partner-specific requirements and optimize integration.

Sales Pipeline Management:

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline in collaboration with partners, closely coordinating efforts with AiDash's direct sales team.

Drive sales activities to achieve revenue targets and strategic objectives.

Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, issues, and escalations, fostering open communication and swift resolution.

Identify and engage stakeholders within partner organizations to build alignment and drive mutually beneficial partnerships.

Technical Consultation:

Utilize in-depth knowledge of AiDash offerings to provide technical guidance and consultation to partners, ensuring optimal integration and utilization of our solutions.

Conduct regular check-ins with partners to understand evolving needs, challenges, and opportunities, and proactively address them.

Program Management:

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of technical solutions and support to partners.

Manage projects related to partner integrations, upgrades, and customizations, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to timelines.

Performance Analysis:

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partner success, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies for enhancing partner performance and driving mutual growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's/MBA preferred).

• Proven success in partner success or a related field within the technology industry.

• Deep understanding of partner and AiDash product capabilities, with the ability to identify synergistic partnership opportunities.

• Strong technical acumen and the ability to effectively communicate with technical teams and stakeholders.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.

• Highly motivated and autonomous, with a track record of driving results and managing multiple priorities effectively.

• Previous experience in driving measurable sales outcomes through partner collaborations.

• Strong problem-solving and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to excel in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, with a passion for driving mutual success.
