Sales Qualification Manager at BairesDev

We are looking for a Sales Qualification Team Lead to join our WinDifferent team. You will be responsible for establishing a new department of "cold-call-based" lead qualification in order to assure we provide our partners with the best possible leads. This is an opportunity to build a team from the ground up and shape the future of how WinDifferent generates value for our partners.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build up your own team and department.
  • Cold call potential leads and vet them.
  • Establish external and internal processes and best practices.
  • Interact with partner companies and internal areas.

Here’s what we are looking for:

  • 5 years of experience in an inside sales or sales specialist role.
  • Proven track record in a cold-calling sales role.
  • Previous sales experience in a B2B/Software outsourcing company.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and Advanced English level.

Desirable:

  • Previous work experience in a Marketing/lead generation role.
