Job Summary:
The Director, Human Resources, leads all aspects of the Human Resources function. This strategic leader is responsible for developing and overseeing organization-wide policies and programs regarding employment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, labor relations, talent management, and employee engagement. This position serves as a member of the Executive Team, acts as the Board liaison for the Compensation Committee, and provides leadership on the "People" strategic organizational result. Business partner with the CEO, CFO, and COO.

Provide regular feedback in a respectful and constructive way. Recognize excellent performance and use coaching skills effectively to improve staff performance.
