Position Description:

AgreeYa Solutions is looking for an Account Manager (focused on SLED accounts within the State of California) to be part of a close-knit, high performing team. As an Account Manager, you will drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing opportunities with new customers within the State of California, focused primarily within the Public Sector. You will be responsible for developing and offering a full range of Information Technology (IT) solutions and staffing sales.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and direct clients for IT solutions and staffing sales within the State of California;
  • Negotiate contract rates with clients, with a focus on company profitability goals and objectives;
  • Meet and exceed company's staffing targets;
  • Execute the business development plan while working with key internal stakeholders;
  • Develop strong, long-term trusted relationships with senior management at target accounts and close business;
  • Develop target account plans and execute on the account plan to deliver maximum revenue potential, and
  • Cross sell into existing clients to create new revenue streams.

Qualifications:

  • Must have experience in selling IT solutions, products, and services within the State of California;
  • Must have a strong network and pre-existing relationships working with various SLED entities;
  • Must have a proven track record of success and be a competitive, self-motivated individual;
  • Must be able to work autonomously and is self-disciplined;
  • Must be flexible with scheduling during the day/week to collaborate with team members/clients throughout various time zones;
  • Must have the ability to confidently interact with senior management and executives, and
  • Must have excellent oral & written communication skills.

Experience:

  • 3 years of quota carrying sales experience in IT solutions and staffing sales.
