AgentSync is Hiring a Senior Project Manager Near Denver, CO

Remote in CA, CO, CT, Washington DC, FL, GA, IL, IA, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA

AgentSync is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our growing organization. You’ll drive the implementation life cycle and process improvement initiatives from initiation to release, partnering closely with internal business owners and IT to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring AgentSync is functioning in the most efficient manner possible. 

What you’ll do:

  • Work with cross functional teams and other stakeholders to build and deliver solutions for the business
  • Identify and manage critical dependencies across multiple teams tracking commitments and ensuring timely execution and delivery
  • Track key project milestones and recommend adjustments to complete projects on time and ensure high quality deliverables
  • Utilize and adapt templates, workflows, and processes to support the needs of the team
  • Implement new software and refine business processes with the associated business team creating efficiencies for our growing organization

Your experience:

  • 6 years of experience working as a project manager or similar role
  • Experience building effective relationships, leading through influence, driving consensus, and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results on complicated and complex projects
  • Experience managing multiple projects at the same time with different technical and business partners
  • Background in process improvement across multiple business functions, including sales and customer success
  • Experience quickly building credibility with project teams 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels of the organization
  • A strong track record of problem solving and a “roll up your sleeves” mentality
  • If possible, experience managing Risk and Security efforts.

AgentSync is a powerful, easy-to-use Compliance as a Service solution, directly integrating regulatory database sources of truth (i.e. NIPR, FINRA) with core business systems (i.e. Salesforce) so we can automate the critical business processes associated with these compliance requirements.

We’re a new-school solution tackling an age-old, ubiquitous problem with smart technology and automation in a market full of inefficient, high-cost solution options - spreadsheets, manual processes, legacy software, more headcount, outsourcing, etc.

Salary:

In accordance with Colorado law, the following represents AgentSync’s reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role, if hired in Colorado.

Denver/Boulder Metro:

$120,000 - $140,000 base plus annual bonus

Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in AgentSync’s equity program.
