What We Need:

As our HR Generalist, you're not just joining an HR team; you're stepping into a realm where tactical know-how meets strategic foresight. What You’ll Do:

  • Own and drive our payroll and benefits administration with operational proficiency in ADP Workforce Now
  • Craft and refine HR policies and practices that break from tradition, aligning with our innovative spirit and compliance standards.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, collaborating with external recruiting partners as needed
  • Orchestrate the employee lifecycle with a focus on excellence and a seamless, engaging experience from start to finish.
  • Offer HR-related advice and solutions to provide our team with expert guidance and support
  • Cultivate an environment where excellence, diversity, and inclusion aren't just ideals but lived experiences, deeply integrated into our operations and ethos.
  • Liaise with leaders across departments to pinpoint and propel training and development initiatives, underscoring our commitment to continuous growth and skill enhancement.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Accredited HR certification (PHR or SPHR preferred) and a background in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Expert-level proficiency with ADP Workforce Now, including payroll, benefits administration, and performance management.
  • Admin-level proficiency with an ATS such as Lever, Greenhouse, or similar
  • Experience delivering required outcomes in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
  • Effective communication, with the ability to handle complex HR issues thoughtfully and professionally.
  • A proven track record of strategic thinking in HR functions.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
