We are looking to add an administrative assistant to help the CLASS Program Directors in the office. This would be an entry level position, where all training will be provided.

-- at least 1-2 years of Home Health or Long Term Care Experience preferred

Job Tasks:

- Responsible for scanning and filing patient data into the system and into the client's charts

- Work hand in hand with the Program Directors and Therapy coordinator to assist in therapies, doctors orders, and assist in meetings as needed

Skills:

· Able to work independently

· Able to work with a team to achieve goals and objectives.

· Excellent time management skills.

· Effective organizational skills with strong attention to detail

· Be willing to learn the program and learn all policies and regulations
