ACCOUNT MANAGER

The Account Manager will be responsible for contacting potential customers and physician's services, act as the forward-facing representative of the company to all potential referral sources, will establish and maintain relationships with target referral sources, review market data and build marketing strategies from said data, and present sales material to referral sources. The Account Manager will reach sales target deadlines.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Secure new referrals.
• Consistently meet with the Sales team and leadership team regarding new business plans and updates.
• Deliver promotional and marketing materials and service items to referral sources.
• Maintain and update contact information for referral sources, including preferred method of contact, and point of contact for larger referral sources.
• Meet with case managers and social workers to discuss opportunities to serve their patients.
• Schedule meetings with new physician offices and skilled nursing facilities to
• Explain how our services provide world-class customer service.
• Learn, understand, and be able to adequately communicate all material related to Summit and how it serves patients and families.
• Maintain and expand business relationships with industry partners.
• Serves and protects Summit Home Care by adhering to professional standards, home care policies and procedures.
• Resolves patient care issues by working one-on-one with referral sources and patients to collect relevant information; confer with caregivers/family members; speaking with patients about home-care needs.
• Facilitate coordination of services/resources/events to support physicians, patients, caregivers, and/or the local community.
• Effectively utilize all internal/external EMR’s and CRM’s relative to procurement of referrals.
• Consistently meet/super cede sales goals as directed.

• High school degree or equivalent
• At least 3 year's experience in sales, customer service with excellent communication skills
• Experience in home health care, durable medical equipment, or skilled nursing facility preferred
• Ability to build rapport with referral sources
