As a Marketing Coordinator in our Los Angeles office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all.

Responsibilities

You will assist the Director of Business Development in tracking leads, developing team strategies, conducting market research, preparing proposals and interview materials/presentations, and managing all the marketing information.

Qualifications

Expertise of our most successful Marketing Coordinators:

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, English, Architecture, Engineering Technology, or related field
• 2 years of experience in marketing professional services, preferably within the A/E/C industry
• Microsoft Office experience required
• Experience with CRM software a plus, especially with Deltek Vantagepoint
• Experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop software highly desired
