Westside Habitats LLC is a Los Angeles based property management company, specializing in revitalizing apartment buildings in some of the city’s best neighborhoods. We are looking for someone who has strong data entry skills, knowledge of accounting principles and the ability to take initiative, you may be a good candidate to complement our Accounts Payable team.

Responsibilities:

• Daily data entry, and accounting administrative tasks
• Entering invoices into AppFolio
• Processing 800 to 1000 checks weekly for over 70 vendors
• Performing other tasks as required.
• Reconcile ledgers to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements.
• Perform all job functions while adhering to the Company's policies and procedures.

• Previous experience in accounting and or finance.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payables principles
• Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
• Hands-on experience with excel.
