Job Description
AECOM is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager for our growing Architecture team in Orlando, FL. We are seeking energetic and qualified candidates to help us grow our team and provide project management for our projects and teams.
The responsibilities of an AECOM Architectural Project Manager include multi-discipline team management, scope and budget management, proposals and contracts, and client interface for our projects and pursuits. Candidates should have demonstrated use of industry project tools and resources to effectively manage projects and clients. The Project Manager position is a growth track role, providing training and opportunity, while being responsible for the effective management of assigned projects.
The responsibilities of this role include, but may not be limited to, the following:
  • Manages portfolio of clients with multiple projects.
  • Responsible for delivering revenues assigned from specific clients as a result of repeat business caused by flawless execution of projects.
  • Consistently delivers profit margins planned.
  • Consistently completes project without write-downs or multiplier erosion.
  • Typically manages projects involving RTF (Risk Triggering Factors).
  • Manages more complex clients and projects.
  • Has decision-making authority and directs other Project Managers in recognizing risk and uncertainty with plans to mitigate and eliminate such.
  • Directs staff to operate and minimize exposure to claims.
  • Supervises and directs Project Managers with multiple projects or program of projects.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
  • BA/BS degree plus 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • Licensed Architect or actively pursuing registration
  • Demonstrated client facing experience
  • Previous experience leading large teams across various regions within the United States
  • Previous experience writing scopes of work and proposals
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous project experience in Hospitality, Leisure, and Sports venues is preferred
  • 10 years of relevant experience is preferred, including 6 years of client facing experience
  • Experience using Bluebeam and Autodesk Revit is helpful

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $93,000.00 - $133,000.00.
