A young woman with a disability is seeking a Mentor (DSP) who will bring new opportunities into her life. She is looking to work with a Mentor who can provide 1:1 support to achieve her goals to be independent and participate in her hobbies and interests. She is looking for someone who is creative, motivating, and can help her to expand her life experiences. Candidate must be organized and able to electronically log each shift’s time, mileage, and document the services they provided each day. Internet access and a valid email address are required.

Hours and days of work:

Daytime hours: Monday through Friday (9:30/10am-2:30/3pm).

This is a part-time position, but there are opportunities available for additional hours with other individuals within the agency.

Pay rate:$18.50 per hour when providing direct support. The hourly rate for indirect/training is $15 per hour.

Location:Fabius, NY

• Must be 18 years of age

• Must possess a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
