Our solutions focus on identifying, managing, and documenting risk and quality performance, and the proactive clinical engagement of high acuity populations.** This is an ONCALL/AS NEEDED role **Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Setup laptop, desktops, tablets with operating systems and applications installations
- IT Assets inventory management
- IT Assets shipments, retrievals and stock management
- Pack / Unpack IT Assets, co-ordinate with mail room to ship them to destination.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware troubleshooting to identify and fix hardware issues.
- Co-ordinate with vendors like Dell & Lenovo support to get IT assets repaired.
- Manage close coordination with other technical support engineers to timely setup and ship IT assets as per the business requirements.
- Preferred hands-on experience with computer hardware / software and operating systems installations
- Can work independently on task assigned w.r.t system setup, tablets setup, MDM enrollment.
- Can troubleshoot basic system software and hardware troubleshooting.
- 1 year of Desktop Support exp
- High School Diploma or greater
