Job Description: Advantage SCI seeks a Top Secret Cleared Full-Time Project Manager/Lead Security Specialist to support the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Personnel Security Division (PSD) with a full range of personnel security services for HUD employees and contractors including security badge issuance/termination, access to HUD facilities, and ensuring the HUD workforce meets/maintains suitability and security clearances compliant to federal investigative standards of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and the Department of Defense (DOD).

The Project Manager/Lead Security Specialist is responsible for the overall performance of all work. An alternate will be selected to act in the absence of the Project Manager/Lead Security Specialist. This is a key position and very important to HUD. This individual has the authority to act on all contract matters relating to daily operations of this Government contract. This individual will have the technical knowledge of the HUD personnel security requirements and be in the position to actually receive assignment, guidance, and direction from the Government team supported. The Project Manager/Lead Security Specialist or alternate will be available to the government team between the hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday EST, except Federal Holidays or when the Government facility is closed for administrative reasons.
Required Experience:

• Must possess and maintain a Final Top-Secret clearance. No exceptions.
• Minimum education: College degree
• Must be a U.S Citizen
• Experience processing investigations utilizing the e-QIP Electronic Questionnaires for

Investigations Processing; CVS Central Verification System; USAccess Identify, Credentials, and Access Management

• A minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in personnel security programs and personnel security systems and tools
• Competent experience in Microsoft (MS) Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Able to read, write, and speak English fluently and write detailed reports, analyze problems and present findings

Working Conditions- Must be able to:

• Work indoor, sit for long periods and work on computer
• Able to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist and reach on a daily basis
• Able to walk distances unassisted
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and carry for short distances occasionally
• Noise level – low
