Education:

• BA/BS in a technical discipline with at least 10 years of experience.

Description:

• Cybersecurity. Responsible for cybersecurity activities and functions that direct the security, operations, engineering, and defense of NEIS infrastructure, consistent with NDU regulations, policies, memorandums, and directives to reduce attack surface, improve cyber detection/response, and evolve the overall cybersecurity posture against emerging threats.
• The Contractor shall continually improve cyber posture awareness and responsiveness through integrated tooling and processes, sensor grid integration and data sharing to enable enterprise cyber defense.
• The Contractor shall deliver a Cybersecurity Status Report that addresses areas such as scanning and patching, Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M), ongoing certification and accreditation (C&A) activities and reported incidents/mitigations.
• This activity provides for overarching support for cybersecurity-related activities and the continuous identification and generation of opportunities for new technology insertion leveraging initiatives such as Zero Trust Architecture and Cloud-Based Internet Isolation (CBII) to enhance the cybersecurity posture of NDU and its mission partners over the life of the Task Order.
• The Contractor shall deliver Cybersecurity Executive Briefings that address the status of NDU's Cybersecurity posture and provide executive level overview of the topics outlined within the Cybersecurity Status Report. The Contractor shall provide responses to periodic data calls.
