Advantage Event Solutions LLC is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Anaheim, CA

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our office by managing various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Duties:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
- Assist with office management tasks including ordering supplies, maintaining records, and organizing files
- Provide personal assistant support to executives, including travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Coordinate projects and meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
- Assist with customer service inquiries and provide excellent phone etiquette
- Enter orders into the system accurately and efficiently
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a dental office or medical receptionist role is preferred
- Proven experience in administrative or office management roles
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
