1. Excellent technical and in depth product knowledge of the overall Freshwork suite of applications such as Freshsales, Freshchat, Freshdesk, Freshservice, Freshteam and Freshmarketer

2. Ability to build a technical and operational strategy to provide solutions and meet long and short term goals of the company.

3. Superior project management and communication skills

4. Maintains good rapport and demonstrates leadership and teamwork in cross-functional teams.

5. Analytical mindset and works with data.

Educational qualification:

Graduate degree or equivalent

Past experience: 

Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience with Freshworks suite of applications as an administrator
