Advanced Business Solutions is Hiring a HR Generalist Near Louisville, KY
- Manages the company’s recruiting processes including creating and updating job postings, completing phone interviews, scheduling in-person interviews, maintaining the company’s applicant tracking system, and assisting hiring managers.
- Completes onboarding for all new hires through completing necessary paperwork and overseeing account creation.
- Assists with employee offboarding and termination through administrative tasks and overseeing account removal.
- Administers employee benefits including health insurance, employee assistance programs, 401k plans, leave policies, and other company benefits.
- Supports the performance management process for managers, supervisors, and employees.
- Promotes a positive work culture and collaborate with the Administrative Assistant for employee engagement opportunities.
- Assists in developing and updating HR policies and procedures and communicates them to the organization.
- Provides back up support as needed to other members of the ABS Admin team.
- Serves as the manager of the company’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
- Completes HR duties such as filing documents, completing employment verifications, preparing company communications, and other duties as assigned.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated self-starter with strong abilities to take initiative.
- Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in Human Resources.
- Higher education or professional certification in Human Resources.
