In the Customer Service Representative role, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
· Customer Service – Fielding customer calls and scheduling service calls
· Checking and returning customer and vendor emails
· Collection of Warranty and COD repairs
· Reconciliation of accounts receivable reports
· Customer complaint resolution
· Assisting with technician’s administrative responsibilities
