Required/Minimum Qualifications:

• This person will be looking at pipeline in tools – cross referencing – reporting – publishing new info in Power BI – work with stakeholders regarding insights- tracking opportunities and values of support services
• 5 years of technology-related sales, sales excellence, account management or business analyst experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel & Access. Additional Power BI knowledge is a strong plus

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in the following technologies preferred: Azure, Security, SQL.
• Certification in sales, sales management, complex sales training, sales methodologies, broad evangelism through events (presentation skills), and consultative selling is a plus
• Experience selling support or consulting technology services.

Professional

• Executive Presence. Leadership and confidence required to challenge customer status quo. Demonstrated experience and expertise selling to senior business decision makers by aligning & reinforcing the value of the solution to the customer’s overall business pain and/or strategic opportunities and decision criteria.
• 5 years’ experience working with peers. Ability to orchestrate and influence virtual teams to pursue sales opportunities and lead v-teams through influence.
• Coaching & Enablement. Contribute to the success of others on the team by sharing best practices, patterns, and offering technical leadership and enablement with key stakeholders.
• Trusted advisor. Deep understanding of key competitive service providers. The ability to articulate the advantages of company Support to technical decision makers. Execute a solution sales process that adds value to customers through commercial teaching to win the business and establish yourself as a trusted advisor.
• Rhythm of Business. Experience in leading ROB meetings and holding stakeholders accountable is a strong plus.

Technical

• Technical Strong interest for and experience with Migration/Modernization to cloud and technology management.
• Using Excel to generate reports with imported data, cross reference information, generate insights, connect databases.
• Using Power BI to generate reports and summarize information.
• Using Access to create and maintain databases.
• Proficiency on using Office tools.
• Understanding of Low code platform and technologies such as Power BI.
• Competitive landscape. Knowledge of service support providers.
• High team interaction – core team of 3 individuals and will work with stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science is best will consider Information Technology, Business
• Must support EST or CT – Must have good communications skills.
• Best candidates will be Proficiency in Excel & Access. Additional Power BI knowledge, background in consulting and support sales –technical proficiency.

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
