We are seeking a highly organized and articulate Program Manager- Cloud security to join our dynamic team. As a Program Manager- Cloud security, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication and coordination between teams across the globe. Your primary responsibilities will include interfacing with clients on technical and business matters, driving program/project schedules, and ensuring adherence to internal standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Interfacing with Clients : Engage with clients from project initiation through delivery, addressing technical and business issues effectively. Maintain professionalism and clarity in all communications, fostering positive relationships.
2. Program/Project Management : Take ownership of program/project schedules and status reports. Coordinate activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
3. Compliance and Risk Management : Triage exceptions based on operational risk and guide teams through the exception and risk determination process.
4. Trend Analysis and Variance Management : Develop and implement methods to track and manage findings for trend analysis and variations. Utilize insights to improve processes and mitigate risks effectively.
5. Communication and Documentation : Demonstrate excellent written communication skills, particularly in professional email correspondence. Compile and organize information into coherent and sortable formats to support decision-making processes.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in rapidly organizing diverse information into cogent and sortable formats.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in professional email writing and written communication.
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in interfacing with clients on technical and business issues.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with experience in triaging requests and managing documentation.
5. Proven track record of meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).
