DESCRIPTION

The Finance Manager is responsible for the finances and administration of the Business unit, guaranteeing the preparation of the corresponding reports for analysis and decision-making. Supports the executive management team by offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company.

Responsibilities:

• Consolidate the annual budget of the different business units providing the corresponding follow-up and controlling its execution for its subsequent analysis with actual expenses.
• Oversees the finance department (billing, collections, account payables), guaranteeing its correct functioning and leading the team.
• Ensure vendors are paid, budgets are balanced and financial matters are met.
• Guarantee the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports used by management for analysis and decision-making
• Support sales team through credit and collection negotiation and building customer relationships.
• Preparing department account analysis reports, as well as providing forecasting and cost modelling analysis, and recommending strategies for cost efficiencies to senior management
• Manage cashflow
• Provide support in special projects defined by the CFO.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be based in Miami - Fort Lauderdale area. (Adistec doesn't offer relocation assistance for this position)
• Musthave 5 years experience in the information technology & services world
• Must be Bilingual( English - Spanish) ; Trilingual a plus ( Portuguese)
• Experience 10 years in Risk Management, Markets, Treasury, Finance, or other control functions within a financial service setting
• Bachelor’s/University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Engineer
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English / Spanish
• Ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organization
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with senior leaders
• Excellent project management, coordination and organizational skills

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m.
