Adecco USA is Hiring a Talent development specialist Near Irvine, CA

Adecco is assisting a local client in Irvine provides support and care for individuals with diverse needs. They are looking for a Talent Development specialist.

This temp to hire opportunity and is full time with the pay rate at $ 22.01 / HR

You have a bachelor's degree or higher in a related field and / or 2 years of working in a career counseling role and are ready to make an impact.

Previous experience with workforce development or human services is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

This position counsels and assists customers with job search strategies, personal career advisement, and training needs.

  • Help customers identify and work with barriers to employment.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records and ensure smooth transition of cases across services and programs.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with customers, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly with a plan of action.
  • Critique resumes and maintain an understanding of a vast array of occupations / careers for effective placement of customers.
  • Demonstrate strategies for reengaging customers after training completion, show effective use of the standards of the Case Management Model, and the policies and procedures for Career Advisement.

Pay Details : $22.01 per hour
