Role of the Position:
A passionate HR professional who will help drive HR functional excellence and strategic support to the business in the areas of human capital data management and analytics, HR process management, and workforce management. This individual will have the opportunity to utilize their strong business acumen, HR generalist experience, cultural awareness, and analytical mindset to drive data and process integrity, and enable confident people-related, data-based decision making. In this role, they will serve as a key member of the HR team and work collaboratively with senior HR leadership, senior managers, and floor leaders to develop and execute strategies that support Unistress’s long range strategic plan. The role has many diverse features and requires a high degree of flexibility and multi-tasking to ensure a successful future for all our employees, customers, and stakeholders.
